Benton City Spring Opener Please check back often for updates - we are busy working to make this year's show even better!
Classes All vehicles regardless of make and model are welcome to compete (last year, we were delighted to have an antique tractor and some really great customized bicycles - if it has wheels and you'd like to show it off, we'll make room for it). Entries will be judged and cool one-of-a-kind trophies awarded by independent judges. There will be additional auto trophies including Peoples Choice and Best of Show. Bike entries will be judged independently of autos. Entry fees: (click here for a printable entry form) Show ‘n Shine - $20.00 per vehicle, includes dash plaque and admission for driver and passenger. First 200 entries receive a goody bag. Check our registration form for a great money-saving package deal! All entrants will be given a number upon payment of entry fee. You may pre-pay and your number will be set aside for pickup upon your arrival. Payment is by check, cash or money order made out to the Benton City Spring Opener. Admission fees: (click here for a printable form to pre-order passes, t-shirts, and dinner tickets) $3.00 per person walk-in Spring Opener Benefit Dinners $12.00 per person for adults (2 for $20), $5.00 for children 12 and under. Adult dinner includes entry in drawing for $100 US savings bond and $100 shopping spree at Ki-Be Market. T-shirts $12.00 each pre-ordered/$15.00 each at the show, child and adult sizes available. Shirts must be picked up at the show. Vendor fees: (click here for a printable application form) Vendor spaces are 10' x 10' with spaces available on either grass or asphalt.

2008 Benton City Spring Opener Host Organizations (in alphabetical order) Benton City Chamber of Commerce About the Spring Opener Benton City's third annual Spring Opener Car and Bike Show is brought to you through the cooperation of many of our community civic organizations. The proceeds of this year's non-profit show will be used to help support Benton City's new Grid Kids (Youth Football) program. We will continue the show each year as a way to raise funds for different projects that provide for the community in whole. The Spring Opener is also part of the Yakima Valley's Spring Fling Festival celebration.
